I lead product for quality management evaluations and customer surveys in Genesys Cloud, and own surveys end to end, from strategy through rollout and adoption. My work spans evaluation workflows for enterprise contact centers and agentic AI workflows that surface insights, recommend actions, and keep supervisors in control. I extended surveys from voice to messaging channels and partner closely with engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams.

I led product strategy for a $650M+ enterprise SaaS portfolio of 45 products in OpenText Business Network, with a global team of 10 product managers. We grew the portfolio 12% and lifted conversion 13% while modernizing legacy B2B transaction and compliance platforms into cloud-native services. I launched Trading Grid Command Center, which cut customer support interactions by 19%.
